Delete account
Self-serve account deletion for Omveta (email + verification code).
Permanently deleting your account removes your Omveta account and associated account data listed below. This cannot be undone.
What will be deleted
- Your Omveta account
- Weekly patterns and templates
- Rotation and schedule configuration
- Day and period overrides
- Logged working hours
- Account-linked support messages
- Sign-in sessions on this account
- Account lifetime status saved in the app
What will not happen
- Your Apple or Google lifetime purchase is not automatically refunded. There is no recurring Omveta subscription to cancel.
- Deleting your Omveta account does not delete your Apple ID or Google account. Store purchase history remains controlled by Apple or Google.
- After you create a new Omveta account, Restore Purchases can unlock lifetime again when the store verifies the purchase.
What may be retained
- Device trial timing and some device preferences on the phone.
- Product analytics linked to your account may be requested for deletion when configured; event purge can complete asynchronously with our analytics provider.
- Crash and diagnostic reports may remain with Crashlytics under Google's retention practices.
- If you are signed in on a phone, the app signs you out and clears account-associated local schedule data the next time it connects. Offline phones are not erased instantly.
