Omveta is software that helps you plan work schedules using templates and rotating assignments, adjust single days or whole periods with overrides, log actual hours worked, and view derived totals such as overtime or missing hours. Features may change as we improve the product.

You decide what you enter. Omveta stores most of your schedule and hours data locally on your device. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you record and for any decisions you make based on it (for example payroll, labor compliance, or disputes). The app is not a substitute for professional, legal, or payroll advice.

Some features require a one-time lifetime purchase. Price and purchase details are shown in the App Store or Play Store before you buy. Omveta does not use auto-renewing subscriptions. Refunds follow the store's rules. After a valid lifetime purchase (or when you restore it while signed in), paid features stay unlocked for that Apple or Google account.

Do not misuse Omveta: no reverse engineering to extract our code or keys, no attempt to overload our systems where the app contacts them, and no use of the app for unlawful activity.

If we add optional cloud backup or sync later, separate terms or in-app consent may apply for that feature. Until you enable such a feature, your schedule data remains on-device as described in the Privacy Policy.

Omveta is provided as is to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent allowed by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

We may update these terms when the app or our policies change. The Last updated date will change when we do. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, stop using the app and remove it from your device.
